I recently had the opportunity to review the Sony VPL-VW995ES. This is a native 4K projector with a laser light engine and the reference level optics shared with their flagship VPL-VW5000ES. I was quite impressed with the Sony's performance with all formats but find the price a bit too high compared to the competition.
